RECC staking lets you lock your $RECC or $RETF tokens on-chain for a fixed period and earn rewards. The longer you lock, the greater your Bricks rate — and the top tier of each pool also earns token rewards on top.

Bricks are calculated daily based on the USD value of your staked position. $RECC staking earns 0.35 Bricks/day per $1 USD (30d), 0.50 (90d), or 0.75 (180d). $RETF staking earns 1.25 (90d), 1.75 (180d), or 2.50 (365d). Your Bricks tier multiplier (1.0x–1.5x) is applied on top.

Holding $RECC earns 0.25 Bricks/day per $1 USD, and holding $RETF earns 1.0 Bricks/day per $1 USD — but only from the tokens in your wallet. When you stake, those tokens leave your wallet and your staking rate takes over, which is always higher than the holding rate. The longer you lock, the better the rate.

$RECC is the governance token with lock tiers of 30, 90, and 180 days. $RETF is the ETF token with tiers of 90, 180, and 365 days. $RETF offers higher Bricks rates per dollar and is oriented toward long-term alignment with the protocol's real estate portfolio.

The 180-day $RECC tier earns 7% APY in $RECC tokens. The 365-day $RETF tier earns 2.5% APY in $RETF tokens. Rewards accrue continuously based on the USD value of your stake and are sent directly to your wallet when the lock period ends.

Yes. You need to have activated your Bricks account by depositing the minimum USDC amount into the ETF (250 USDC standard, or 100 USDC if you hold $RECC or joined via referral). Until then, Bricks from all sources — including staking — remain at 0.

No. Your tokens are locked on-chain until the chosen period is complete. Once it ends, you can unstake in one step directly from this page and your tokens will return to your wallet immediately.

The staking contract is deployed on Solana mainnet and the source code is open. Your staked tokens are held in a program-derived account controlled exclusively by the contract — no admin can access them. A formal audit is in progress.

Each stake is tracked independently on-chain with its own lock period and start time. You can have multiple active stakes at the same time, each accruing Bricks at its own rate.
