What exactly is RETF?

RETF is a liquid, yield-bearing token. Each token represents a share of the funds and real estate properties managed by RECC ETF. As we generate returns with the Real Estate operation, the share accrues in value.

What assets back the vault?

USDC only. All other assets are auto-swapped to USDC via Jupiter before entering the vault.

Is RETF the same as staking RECC?

RETF → passive yield index funded by fees in USDC.RECC staking → farms newly bought-back RECC plus any emissions. Choose the profile that matches your risk appetite.

Is the yield fixed?

The yield is variable, but steady. Your return equals real estate returns generated. If returns spike, so does your APY. Historical performance can be found on the analytics dashboard.

How does the token "go up in price"?

When new fees hit the vault they increase the NAV of each RETF balance, but the share count stays fixed. The price per share thus increases. NAV / Total Share Count = Market Price.

What kind of returns can I expect?

Can I use RETF as collateral or LP it?
