RETF is a liquid, yield-bearing token. Each token represents a share of the funds and real estate properties managed by RECC ETF. As we generate returns with the Real Estate operation, the share accrues in value.

The yield is variable, but steady. Your return equals real estate returns generated. If returns spike, so does your APY. Historical performance can be found on the analytics dashboard.
When new fees hit the vault they increase the NAV of each RETF balance, but the share count stays fixed. The price per share thus increases. NAV / Total Share Count = Market Price.

Yes, the vault points its NAV to Pyth so other DeFi lenders and DEXs can accept RETF just like any other protocol asset. Integrations are coming.
